IPHONE. January 2011.

Recognizing the increasing need for sales mobility we have developed an IPHONE application. This state of the art application provides your customers direct interaction with your event information. The application uses the same foundation of the web application with additional middleware to provide data in a suitable format and size for mobiles. The application menu is completely configurable and can be customized.

Recognizing the phone is a personal device we can store the customer CC number encrypted in the phone for re-occurring use by the application exclusively.

The application includes also a rich content section for events and venue information.

The application has options to quickly filter event by type, r genre, start time and other classifications.

The tickets are stored in file with the barcode and event information and the customer can browse the open event data.

On arrival at the venue the customer simply clicks the order review and the barcode is displayed and is ready to be scanned

At the application ‘s launch, Danny Keren CTO of Titan said, “I see young people enjoying the application all the time, it has a good balance of content and enables you to take instance decisions about your entertainment options. We are working constantly to increase our mobile capabilities”

We are now allowing better connectivity with the customer base. The module integrates with our central system for either web users or phone calls.

Reporting will never be easier with the new and innovative report generator. This module will allow creation of new reports instantly.

Manage my Shift

This new module integrates with the Titan employee module. A public web site for the use of the organization employees.
